You receive a clear proposal covering the scope, the limits, the price and the launch date.
The first version is planned for week one. We test it together using examples from your day-to-day work.
We introduce the tool gradually. AI agents come with an activity log, a stop button and three months of follow-up support.

Together, we define what the agent can handle and what needs your input. Responses are tested before launch, with human approval for sensitive topics. AI can make mistakes: the activity log and stop control help you stay in charge.
Before connecting your tools, we identify the data needed, the services that process it and where it is hosted. Access, retention, any use by an AI provider and the return of your data are defined in the proposal and contract.
Yes. We start with the tools you already use and look for ways to simplify the work. If another tool is needed, I’ll explain why and we’ll choose it together.
For a first AI agent, allow around three hours: an introductory call, a session to agree the rules, and feedback during testing. For custom software, the proposal sets out the time you’ll need to set aside.
We start with a share of your enquiries and measure the time saved before expanding. If the agent hasn’t saved you time after the first month, we stop and I refund its setup fee.
